Agree, but most people don't have heart attacks at 40 without a previous condition or an external source like drugs. That's abnormal, but still important to monitor health.

I've heard a 26 year old from here getting it, so it is common for young people too.

I've been told that the younger you are when if happens the worse it is. Apparently it has something to do with your heart being too strong as a young person that makes the heart attack more severe
