I had 2 uncles pass away in their sleep. One from a Brain aneurysm and the other a heart aneurysm (2 yrs apart) The scary part is I'm approaching their ages soon.

you can get checked for those and have them removed before they do any harm I believe. ask your doctor if you're worried you may have one or develop one.

Can we talk about relatively young people dying in their sleep lately?

Personally I know 4 people between the ages of 32 and 45 who passed away in their sleep suddenly out of the blue in the last two years.

My cousin just died last month. She was only 41. She was posting regularly on FB then laid down to take a nap. A Coworker who was only 34 just never woke up.

I do not remember this being a thing until recently.
