If the Bulls monitor Wade's minutes they can definitely reach the ECF. Hell Miami was really playing well for a while and the bulls have a better combo with him and Butler. It could happen*

I'm tired of Finals rematches myself even after how good the last one was, but Lebron vs. KD is always something to look forward to.
I feel the same way breh and I still can't believe Wade is on our team. One of my favorite players to watch, he should kill it in the playoffs if we make it. Probably alone on this one, but I don't have much faith in Jimmy being the #1 go-to guy and I don't see this team going far in the playoffs with him leading the way. As of right now this team looks like a 1st round exit. The moves we made over the summer makes it seem like the front office has no idea what they want to do. I'm looking forward to development of Dougie and Valentine more than anything really.

The damn forum slows to a crawl when the NBA is in session. Not only are the members more active, but other sites/news outlets visit the coli to pick up on how we feel about a certain situation. This has been going on since SOHH and will not change.
The Coli is an NBA forum first and foremost...TBH part of the reason the split from SOHH made sense was because the Coli was becoming bigger than the entire forum put together.

That's NOT a good thing. This isn't like shuttin down the club when you stroll through. Shutting down the servers because you really needed to get in that LeBron hairline joke is not wavy. Needing to make a thread in early November saying "low key Brooklyn got a core" is just clutter
Those threads are not a significant strain though. Clutter? Maybe, but that's part of the culture of this forum. Eliminating that hurts the appeal to many.
It's the actual game threads in where the pages are refreshed hundreds of times per second during big games that are the real stresser. Pretty much confirmed in the analytics reports that the shyt must be eating up all the resources that have been set up to run this place. It's the peak times that are the problem because many popular news stories that somehow funnels a bunch of new traffic to some random thread doesn't even cause heavy strain on the server since it's spread out within a 24-48 hour window.
Those damn playoff games generate an incredible amount of traffic in 2.5 hours...multiply that by 3-4 in the playoffs.
Coli wouldn't exist without the NBA.

Knicks, LeBron's Heat, Celtics, Nets, Lakers, Clippers, Bulls all in the playoffs. Massive fanbases that pretty much killed SOHH right on the spot...that shyt had no chance to sustain that kind of traffic on a 8-10 hour basis when those games were going on.
