I was in high school when pac died. Just got my license. It was 7pm and me and my boys were at Mcdonalds bout to go to the football game and we heard it on the radio he died. We never left the parking lot as other people from school started pulling in. Everybody was bumpin his music. Police didn't even show up as they usually did. We never even made it to the game. Got drunk as fukk and this was on repeat till the morning:

couple of lines/verses which have been some of my fav Pac verses for a while now... 3rd verse of Troublesome...

the whole verse really, but:

"need to take me in Heaven & understand I was a G
did the best I could, raised in insanity"
:ohlawd:

somewhat simple... but the delivery, flow, timing is just perfect

and one of the more slept on "album songs" by Pac imo, Heavy In the Game...

Richie Rich's verse was dope as fukk too btw,
"Be true to this game and this game will be true to you
That's real shyt; disrespect, see what this here do to you"

even if he's talkin about dope game, that's still something something everyone can relate to... shyt, he might just as well be talkin about life.

but Pac's 3rd verse.... that verse could be turned into a movie or something like that, everything he talks about in that verse :banderas:

shyt, only
"I'm just a young black male, cursed since my birth
Had to turn to crack sales, if worse come to worse
Headed for them packed, jails, or maybe it's a hearse"

could easily be turned into a 3 hour long documentary

I remember where I was at when I first heard the news. It was Friday night September 13,1996. I was in 10th grade at a dance at my school and a chick named Jaime came in and told everybody she just heard on the radio that Tupac died. fukked my whole night up:to: The next day I just heard Pac blasting from like every car down South Philly.
