I'm glad I got to witness a few dope live performances focusing on djs over the years. Had the chance to see the X-Men once or twice in the early 2000s before Roc Raida passed. Seen Scratch live, Nu-Mark, Babu, Evil Dee, Primo, Cut Chemist, and a few other legends. My favorite songs are always ones that incorporate some kind of scratching in the song. I still hesitate to refer to an album as a "hip-hop classic" if its devoid of scratching. Its an oxymoron.
