When you talk about pepole who put they city on the map. I remember being a kid and Sweet pea fight fight on the whole city damn near was watching. My pops and got me into watching boxing as much as basketball and football he still got a bunch of his fight on vhs. Damn shame to lose a champ and a home town hero like this

Back when I was training (@SkiHatDaGawd remembers I’m sure) I used to watch a lot of Sweet Pea fights cuz I wanted to get my defense up. That nikka was dodging blows on some DBZ shyt. Made defense so entertaining.
