its terrible news..i was not a hatton fan..i still remember the first time i saw him vs magee and i didnt think much of him..then he goes and puts tszyu into retirement...and i really didnt like him..i always thought more beatable than he was..he got the best out of his ability ill say that..ill always regret not going into boston to see him fight collazo because i was feeling lazy..for better or for worse...he was a staple in one of the best periods of boxing to watch on TV....that PPV vs floyd was so wild...it made floyd the american hero by default...conversely hatton might be one of the few to make more money than floyd in a fight during the money may phase...and i gave him respect for beating the crap out of paulie which was unexpected...RIP and hope he finally found the peace he was looking for

R.I.P.
There's only 1 Ricky Hatton.

Farewell.

Elite offensive footwork and body punching. You can tell he loved the sport just by the way he used to hit the bag.

Made my fukking day when he beat the shyt outta Kostya and Paulie. I couldn't stand those muthafukkers.

Gone too soon.
