damn...all the soldiers that shaped my love for hip hop are fallin.......RIP....:mjcry:

"the one who put the satin on your panties......"

Enjoy life yall, never know how much time you got. Makes you feel like the walls are closing in.
Irrc "Humpty Dance" was the first song I really enjoyed as a child.
MC Hammer and Shock G gave something to the kids, even though Humpty Dance is more adult then I knew at the time.
Seemed wise beyond his years, legendary producer and introudced us to the GOAT as well.
Didn't get to appreciate Digital underground til I got to go back later as an adult and take them seriously.
He was so much more even though as a kid I just saw him as Humpty.
And yes if you are too young to remember, the Humpty thing was a craze momentarily.
Picture the innocence of a child really believing Shock G and Humpty were two different people:mjcry:

You know
Mortality is literally a moment from everyone:francis: RIP Our childhood just a thought scattered into the wind
I’m an 80s baby. After Michael Jackson died I realized that. Grew up watching moonwalker and all that. Since then it’s been non stop of Black icons from the late 20th century :wow:
