I remember he used to get on my nerves in the early 00s because he would start shouting out his friends during big points of songs. That just always got on my nerves as a youngling. Luckily, he started dialing it back a bit (or I just got used to it.) I d/led a lot of his mixtapes overtime and when it was trendy to have rap battles/beef, you would be 100% assured DJ Kay Slay would be in the mist of it.
