Did the homie have lupus? In his video he has the butterfly rash across his nose which is the defining sympton of lupus erythematous. A homegirl I knew died this past Oct from it. I wonder if he passed from complications from that. That shyt is no joke at all

I think all we can do is assume, since it's hard to ask his family. I will say that I agree with @The G.O.D II
The butterfly rashes on smooth3d's face are telltale signs of lupus and it is a deadly affliction. I posted a screenshot of him with lupus rash for comparison
