you don't need an ekg unless you are feeling unusually tired from doing things that normally wouldn't get you tired. Blood pressure is more then enough to know how your cardiovascular health if your systolic(high #) is above 130 and your diastolic is above 90 you have an issue. Best way to control that is weight and eating better I.e more fruits and vegetables less meat but when you do eat meat eat lean meats such as fish and chicken(w/o the skin) and avoid fried foods and salt

systolic is consider high if above 160, not 130. And honestly even so, it depends on how the person's blood pressure is normally through out their lives. Some have low blood pressure and live healthy. You can have the perfect reading (120/60) and be dying. The blood pressure chart is there just to compare to the average person. Each individual is different. So no, judging someone's blood pressure does not determine your hearts health

don't be too hard on yourself breh, I don't think it's possible to truly understand how much you appreciate/respect someone til they're no longer in your life, you just realize the petty stuff doesn't matter in the end. You just helped out his family, you're a good breh.

nah, it makes me more angry than anything. one of my best buddies of 10 yrs died because he was battling health issues that he ignored and kept to himself. he still bought the latest consoles, even put a down payment on a new car. i mean, we sitting here having pointless debates about games, when we could have been encouraging him on ways to better his health. the situation t has me unnerved because i this wont be the last.
