I wanna see yearly Smooth3D RIP threads like ya'll do with some rappers who aint even know u. Its sad my breh had to go but it warms me to see my coli brehs band together and help his family. alot of good folks on here
I don't be in the section much but I just wanted to know how Smooth's fam doin, how were the services, etc. I ain't been in here since the night it happened so I don't know how he passed or anything. It's pretty fukked up tho to die that young so suddenly, yall take care of yallselves and live life off the no bullshyt tho.

The butterfly rashes on smooth3d's face are telltale signs of lupus and it is a deadly affliction. I posted a screenshot of him with lupus rash for comparison
The thing about Lupus is the symptoms mimic a lot of other diseases. He could've just had a skin issue. Eczema or some sh1t.
