is there actually a theoy about that? i've come to have suspicions based on personal experience now that I'm getting older and learning more... Looking back during 96/97, anyone in bk can tell you how the bloods and crips, latin kings came out of nowhere. Givin random ppl buck 50s n basically terrorizing the black community. They were going into rykers and coming out as bloods and spreading it through the neighborhoods. Before that, nobody was banging like that (except maybe for the kings) and we only knew about it from snoop and menace 2 society, and friday and shyt... very strange how that went down looking back...
