Not quite. Nubia and Egypt was mostly Nilo-Saharan people and Ethiopians are obviously Afro-Asiatic. Punt's location is highly debatable.

That's a pretty good comparison breh. Punt, Nubia, and Kemet were all closely linked to each other.

More scholarship needs to be done on Egypt's links to its African neighbors (going beyond Nubia). There's evidence of trade and a presence in Chad. And with the Nile, could they have followed it all the way south to Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania?

I wonder how far west the Egyptians were able to get though. The cross-Sahara trek is arduous and would've been a killer back then (it still is). If they were able to get to Lake Chad, then West Africa is a stone's throw away. But I don't see any evidence of that right now.
