That's fair. He's shown flashes but has never put together a great season since his rookie year. I think he's as good as he's gonna get.

He's a great runner and they really don't ask him to make a lot of throws, but he's never gonna be an accurate passer. Part of it is bad mechanics, the other part is that he's not groomed to be a good passing QB...they want him to run ALL the time
