On the actual thread note though, I don't know about "crash out". His behavior in the video is dumb but it wasn't crashing out, and it seemed like there was some editing too. He mentioned bruises but said he never hit her, he could have just been holding her arms while she was trying to hit him. I had a good friend go to jail on a similar case (though that was mostly because he got screwed by public defendants, Hampton can afford better lawyers).
