Girardi had an Awful game, I don't think Staal was that bad.

Rangers had there chances, 2 Offensive Zone turnovers led directly to LA goals and they weren't even forechecking that hard

Game 1 was NYR best chance to steal one from LA at home.

Kings were looking very sluggish and tired. NYR is faaaast.

Game 2 LA will come out the gate much different.

Kings. Great game 1 win.

This series will determine how I feel about the Kings for a long, long time. Kings win and 2012 is forgiven. Kings lose and for costing my squad a Cup and letting the Rangers win the Cup that I'll never hear the end of. If I'm a Rangers fan I'm scared because the Kings top line wasn't much of a factor at all in game one and they still let a lead slip away and looked gassed towards the end of the game when speed is their best asset besides Lundqvist.
