Tosh IS funny, but his gay moments I just can't watch. It crosses my line of comfort.

Tosh can be funny at times. Honestly I saw one of his stand ups before I ever watched Tosh.0 and I hated him. Not only was he not funny to me, he came off as a pompous ass and it didn't seem like a gimmick to me. After watching his show a few times I could tolerate him more because it was easy to see he was just pushing buttons for the sake of controversy. I'm still not a huge fan because of that, I think shock humor is a cheap way to get laughs and doesn't have a lot of merit. Still in small doses, I can enjoy Daniel Tosh's style of humor.
