Its actually easier to lose muscle mass then fat. Muscle mass must be cultivated and maintained.....

Looks normal for somebody who is not naturally big and has stopped training and eating like a mad man :yeshrug:

I went from a solid 235lbs of muscle and shrunk to 165lbs within a space of 1.5 years after I stopped lifting weights and went back to eating 3 meals a day at most. Never took steroids and was not into supplements.

Some people just baloon up when on a training regimen.

Not saying he wasnt on juice though since he is a pro athlete.

He probably last cycled around November or December. That's almost 8 months ago. That's plenty of time to lose weight.

Also, roids explain why he was always tearing stuff and always injured.
I thought gear helped you to recover quickly and avoid injury?

You dont have to. I started at 140lbs, lifted some heavy ass weight and ate like a mad man. ballooned up over a span of 3.5 years to 235lbs. Stopped, and after a while shrank to my current weight of 165lbs.

shyt, I could get back all of that weight and more in a about a year of training :yeshrug:

Nothin wrong with me. I stopped lifting weights in December 2014, its been about 5 years now since I stopped. I dont even eat that much (3 meals max a day), plus work stress can be a mofo. I do flactuate between 165lbs and 180lbs depending on my diet. Never was fat a day in my life. Hell, I still got stretch marks on my shoulders and arms because of it. Genetics is a mofo breh, some people just react different to workout stimulation.

THE DIFFERENCE IS DUDE ALREADY
HAD A LOW BODYFAT %.

HE WOULD HAVE TO LITERALLY STARVE HIMSELF TO SHED THAT MUCH MUSCLE
IN SUCH A SHORT PERIOD TIME
CONSIDERING HES NOT BURNING NFL CALORIES ANYMORE.

THOSE FAT DUDES JUST
HAD TO STOP EATING CRAZY
AND THEIR METABOLISM DID THE REST.

People using performance enhancement drugs grow muscles bigger than their bones and tendons were designed to support. or they gain it more rapidly than what their natural limits are....

something has to give, and it usually does....and a young healthy pro athlete suffers a bizarre non contact injury.
