If that's the case Jay should've manned up and asked him that. He didn't, he tried to defuse it with jokes. Money and tax brackets aside if someone asks me "why are you ducking my calls?" if I don't feel like it's a legit complaint I'd say "I ain't felt like talking to you". I'm not gonna make up lame ass excuses like "uh...duh....I'm not good with phones".
