this was the best era of basketball
nikkas wasnt shooting untouched from the halfcourt line and shyt
2003-04 was the worst offensive season of the modern era. That shyt was brutal to watch. Let's not go into details about just how ugly it was. When teams can go 48 minutes and not reach 80 points regularly, that's a point we need to stop crediting the defense and pointing the finger at the offense.

It's all from the same podcast:gucci:
:leon:

Please. Tell me what it's like to have so much free time. To know that some retired player's wack ass opinion comes from a specific podcast. Do tell. The mind of a simpleton has always fascinated me and you sir and your two-syllable mind are engrossing.

shoulda let kobe shoot it hes not clutch
Kobe hit like 4 game winners that season and a few game tying shots
With that said I agree with you here

That really was the best. More gritty and intense. Now everything just seems more 2k-ish. I enjoy today's basketball but everything from And-1 to the malice in the palace to the western conference wars to just the Grit of the game was interesting to watch.

Duncan coulda had 7, Horry coulda had 8.
why underestimate the pistons championship like that?? They played excellent defense and next year when the two met it went to the game 7. In one of those games horry hit the clutch shot, if he didn't make it who knows maybe duncan would have 4 rings instead of 5 that he got right now

Kobe actually hit the only clutch shot during those final seconds. He buried the jumper that gave the Lakers the lead before Duncan hit his lucky shot which Derek Fisher responded in kind as Shaq said that day "one lucky shot deserves another".

Kobe hit the only true clutch shot that game.

Yeah, Duncan's almost game winner and Fisher's game winners weren't clutch at all.

Yeah, Duncan's almost game winner and Fisher's game winners weren't clutch at all.

They were lucky shots. Heaves made to try and beat the clock. Kobe actually set up his shot with a move. It was skillful.

Shaq said it himself. One lucky shot deserves another. Duncan's shot was lucky same with Fisher. Kobe's shot was the only one that was truly clutch since it wasn't lucky. It was based on his elite skill level.

Talking like the cac you are. That was actually basketball at its peak. It was tough and gritty. Not the pussified shyt we see now.

This is why white people like you shouldn't be allowed to discuss basketball. Your people don't know what you are talking about.

The spin. :dead:

What spin? Everyone who watched that game live knows Kobe's shot was the only one in those final seconds that actually took skill. Duncan just throw up a shot while not even looking at the basket which went in. And Fisher's shot was nothing more than a heave.

Kobe's shot was the only one that actually took skill.

:mjlol: Get out your feelings. The article clearly states where the podcast is from. The other thread also states it.
