It's pretty sad. He was young. It was actually human error in that a human had to have pushed the button or whatever electronic device to activate the robot. They are seeking possible criminal charges on the person who didn't follow safety protocol, its pretty much as negligent as a person operating a crane to drop a heavy load on some person.
