Mass production would probably take quite a while also they'd have to reach the singularity for them to start rising up.
Probably doesn't have enough range of motion to really fukk you up. They could eventually build the perfect robot that could be both incredibly agile while still hitting like a prime Tyson who never gets tired who also has metal hands.
