All vocalists are encouraged to come from the diaphragm muscle. I'm assuming Busta is having a hard time doing so nowadays. It's unfortunate because he still got bars. I thought the falling off the stage incident would be a wake up call. I hope gets his weight under control. You can kinda hear it on Tribe's album but it's gotten way worse. But apparently he has an album of the year on the way so we'll see..
