As time goes on... This was definitely a shoot

Looks to me The Rock did that shyt to purposely stick it to Triple H.
They original plan was Rock vs Roman at Mania 40 and they wanted to get that out the way and let Cody have his moment down the line
Trips wanted Cody and actually fought for Cody(even though they had no plans)
So the Rock Pivoted and let Cody have is moment
Rock comes back on Netflix Raw and officially BURIES any possiblity of a Roman match or involvment in storyline with Cody
as personal getback and said "Ok you the boss... You do it"
Same thing with the Cena turn....
But then again why would the Rock want Cody to turn heel if he wasn't gonna be involved anyways?

Either way both these nikkas egos fukked up the whole year

If Cody turned heel..he would of been involved. The soul angle. Cody didn't turn..they did Cena instead and he got out of it.
