buy a pull up bar for your door frame and do 3 sets of 8 3 days a week until you can do 3 sets of ten.
Buy an ab wheel and do 5 sets of 20 or 10 sets of 5. If you feel like your ground or lower stomach is going to rip stop
and a circuit lift.
I do this one with 100 pounds.
People made fun if me because they think this guy is corny but it really gets your heart rate up and builds muscle. My back has gotten wide as fukk doing this and my biceps are strong as hell.
I say you alternate between these 3 exercises and maybe do the ab wheel 2 times a week in addition to say your pull ups and if you stick with it consistently 4 days a week you will be a monster by July.
You should go to the gym forum and get some advice to because I promise feeling like you do is directly connected to manboobs and overall flabbiness. Something only strength can cure. Now if you in shape and still having trouble with women maybe you need to fill them cavities I your mouth that got your breath smelling like No.
Good luck but I feel anti flabbiness is the answer. Notice your don't see in shape bruhs on thecoli talking all depressed and crushed. When you Increase the power of your body it just burns the bytch right up outta you.
The hardest part is staying consistent and realizing you can't turn yourself into a warrior overnight.
