Any exercise that involves lifting and engaging muscles to the Limit will increase your testosterone. If you do 10 sets of 10 burpees that include jumping and you have not done them before you probably will want to quit after your 3Rd set.Makes sense. I knew some exercises did this. Didn't know burpees did.
