I dont know. I saw the previews for it when I went to the movies a couple months ago and I was like "White ppl bout to EAT with this movie!" But I guess not. White ppl aint on this happy go lucky sh*t anymore with the country being in the shape it's in. They lookin at movies like that now with the face. lol

I guess it's failing because it looks too forced. The greatest singalong musicals and great movies in general usually sort of happen magically. You can't plan it out like that

I never saw Mamma Mia, but just the previews for ROA seemed way too over teh top and forced. Even when I saw the initial preview in the movies after it went off and the billing showed all you heard was silence and popcorn crunching. lol

exactly, i was reading some comments earlier about the movie and alot of white people are tired of tom cruise. this looks like another one of his crazy antics. his oprah stunt hurt him more than he knows. hes hit or miss now. mission impossible 4 is still one of my fav. movies ever tho.

IMO rock of ages was supposed to be a blockbuster. Julianne Hough is not a leading actress that's for sure.
