If it’s real then it must the only song in hip-hop history that multiple people have heard yet can’t produce a single shred of evidence for its existence. They can remember that one line but can’t remember any other lines from the freestyle, which tape it was on, what beat is was on, or any other critical details about it.
And it just so happens that everyone who owned some sort of physical or digital copy of it coincidentally lost it in some bizarre fashion

I can't remember the beat, any of the other bars, or the name of the mixtape OR track...
But it was definitely on a DVD Rom I had that was carried off by a medium sized falcon

Thats because the line was only in a magazine.People probably just read it in Styles voice so they feel like they heard it.Its a reason everybody remembers the same person saying the line and everyrthing and it aint Mandela effect.But magazines have been known to be fugazi.

I got it for real. One of my friend's homeboy's ex's brother-in-law was an intern at The Source in '01 and heard the tapes. As soon as I find him on Facebook I'll upload it tonight.

I read them all back then,from Source,XXL,Blaze,Murder Dogg. Pretty sure Blaze wasn't being made anymore at the time,so maybe we can count that one out lol.
I can't honestly say I ever heard the bar though,I feel like I saw the line in a recap of the beef and some of the bars that had been thrown.
Would explain why damn near everybody remembers it being Styles,but nobody remembers the beat,and nobody remembers any other lines from the alleged song.
It was because the magazine only highlighted that one line.
I don't really buy fans being clever enough to make that line up,but who knows.
