what about the phantom tech near the end

In the game thread I let people know this was a MUST win game for the Heat

I'm a Mavs fan so I know how it goes. The key is not giving the refs the chance to fukk you period
Can't just beat the Heat in big games. You have to take it. Leave no doubt. I knew Rockets would lose once Ray got open for that 3
after the TO. It's like that with every dynasty.

That was complete bullshyt. If anything Coward saved them time by throwing it directly to the ref.
That's not for him to decide though. Players aren't allowed to go out of their way to touch the ball after a made basket. If the ball goes bouncing toward mid court, the officials can blow their whistle and stop the clock. He should have just went the other way to set up on defense.

The reason players tap or lob the pass to the official is to burn clock and prevent the other team from running. No other reason.

Refs dumping dirt on their grave so they cant climb out though? How do you rationalize that.
The only thing we got away with was Bron holding Lin but we can go back and forth all night on some calls the refs did or didn't make. At the end of the day you need to keep scoring to secure a win and Houston couldn't do that.

We're gonna pretend that those phantom calls happen regularly? I never seen a delay of game tech applied in that situation. Or the mystery tech.

They were calling that regularly earlier in the season. It's kinda like complaining when a ref calls traveling. I have absolutely no problem with the fact that they called it there, the only issue is that they call it so inconsistently that players have been conditioned to thinking they can get away with it again.

I don't know what Beverley got the tech for, it could have been for nothing or he could have told the ref he was going to skullfukk his mother :manny:

It was more useful when Beverly knocked it outta Cole hand during that inbounds and the refs said no
Refs looked bad right there
That sounds like a T. But if the ball is just bouncing by itself and a guy tjrows it to the ref, thats helping the ref. I've seen Blake Griffin do what Howard did just this wk, and the refs had commonsense. He saved them time by getting the ball for em.

Its gonna be on a whole nother level come playoffs, who ever wants to beat the HEAT they really going have to take the game out of the refs hands, cause you know damn well your getting the call in your favor.

on another note, do we even know why Patrick got T'd up for lol
