Back in February of this year, Forbes had the Rockets valued at 1.65 billion.

The Knicks And Lakers Top The NBA's Most Valuable Teams 2017

Not that Forbes knows what the hell they're talking about.
:hubie:

But if the Rockets are gonna sell at +25% market value...then one can imagine what the Knicks and Lakers (whose competitive future is on the rise) might be valued at.
you do realize its going above market value cause its more than one person willing to buy that franchise right....and it basically went to the highest bidder
forbes was probably accurate.

anyways if the knicks were up for sale right now it would go for 5-6 bill...off top :snoop:
james dolan aint going nowhere :snoop:

I doubt that a mild bidding war is going to boost the value of a basketball franchise 25% in 6 months.

Wow, I didn't know Tilman Fertitta had money like that. I was watching his show on CNBC where entrepreneurs are trying to get him to invest in their businesses. He'll be a good owner for the Rockets since he's from the Houston area :ehh:
"Only" worth $3 billion. Dude must have pulled a Brett Anderson (Ballers) and liquidated everything.

There's no way the Rockets are worth less than the Clippers....even factoring in the location. The Clips have been trash their whole existence up until they traded for CP3
That ain't got shyt to do with it:gucci:All the teams values have risen since the new tv deal and what the Clipps sold for
