Future was signed to Rocko first but then cut him out the deal when he signed to Epic. He won because he was in the right. No lawyer would approve a deal like the one thats being reported if there was a chance they could prove Rocko wrong in court. In fact I'm sure they probably didn't want it to even get into a trial because they could have loss more than what they've given up already.

Cacs at Epic took Rocko to be an ignorant hood nikka and got schooled when he sued them. Breh does a lot in the ATL music scene and has made good money doing so. He wasn't about to let Future walkaway after investing in him.
