I wasn't referring to artists or musicians "in that post", but more so the fans, stans or individuals who primarily subscribe to that genre...

The "majority" of people checking for Rocko, "seem" to originate from the south, national statistics also represent, that a rather large portion of people from the south, aren't formally educated through high school, let alone go on to higher institutions of thinking/ training / etc...

Put two and two together, an incoherent rapper, with a undereducated fan base = fallacy of a talented rapper ()

ive been IMMERSED in the culture long before i even moved there. starting with the fact that my grandmom lived down there for nearly 15 years. so you do the math. i prolly got more people and more clout down south than you. and prolly lived the culture and the rap scene down there more than you as well. im just stating the obvious. if you cant handle the truth, then thats a personal problem.

and reading thru the thread, i see alot of people making assumptions about those that are merely calling a spade a spade. for the record, im not some boom-bippity-bappity east coast dude that thinks everything has to sound a certain way. nor am i one of those dudes that over-analyze music. i have young turk in my avi for goodness sakes.

Don't get me wrong thier is a time and place for everything..I'm a big Jon Conner, Rakim, 9th Wonder, Posdonous fan.....but that's for when i'm relaxed at the house and i have time TO BREAK DOWN LYRICS and really get marinated in the track...

Yeah I guess that's true. Two different walks of life I suppose.

More or less, I've never really been infatuated with the club scene(strip or dance). Too many pretentious individuals, random mindless sex isn't all it's cracked up too be, potential drunk driving / dui's (kind of fun, yet dangerous) and random sprouts of senseless violence. While I haven't been to a strip club in a couple years, "Ratchet" music certainly serves its purpose in this particular setting.

Like I stated earlier two different walks of life, obviously your idea of entertainment and relaxing are completely different than mine. My idea of fun: heading to the beach to gather thoughts, going on scenic drives(still thinking), hitting up museums/ planetariums(using my brain again), traveling across the world and overall increasing my understanding of life.

Your idea of entertainment, "seems" to be is hitting up bars, strip and dance clubs. Like I stated earlier, hitting up clubs and bars isn't my idea of good time...

Overall I want to a more socially and physically healthy black(America as well)
