You will be poor trying to sue and most people who win suits usually have prospective pr.
As these suits are something that typically outside of insurance always generally fails.
Which most lawyers will be frank and tell you pursuit is more on your pride or fighting for exact change of justice in a long term situation you may never see the result of.
So, really suing someone in general is just paying it forward in a long term situation.
Where you are just making an ethics statement.
