what the fukk kinda logic is that..
ITS THE kind of logic that makes sense. why do you think they would say "FROM LAUNCH"? its because they know the rumor is out there about the xbox having more. This means if FROM launch everything works smoothly they could add a few more slots. But if its just to buggy, they wont. it leaves it OPEN. thats a logical deduction from that sentence.
if they were just stating there will only be 16 users period. they should have said "GTA ONLINE will be upto 16 users at once."
no reason to put "FROM LAUNCH" unless you're leaving it open to more.
The world is going to seem empty with only 16 players tbh.

No. They're saying from launch to say "you'll be able to play with 15 others right off the bat"
They're completely open to discussing expansions as far as missions & other content goes, if there were plans to expand player count, any at all, they would have told us.

its not going to be 16 players and no AI people walking around.
its not going to be 16 players and no cars on the streets.
its going to be the same as the game is now just add 15 more fools into the city doing all kinds of craziness.
now what i do wonder is this. for those mini game modes like capture the flag. once yall get together and say i want to play capture the flag. will that group go into their own gta universe with them only and no other ai people around, no other online people around. until that mode is over. this is how it is for driving games that are free roam like say test drive unlimited. you had races and what not. some you made up yourself. when people would drive by any user open race area. they could actually choose all user open races. and find the one with people in it. once you entered that race. you were in another universe. only the guys in that race were there. the people that didnt get in could not see you racing around the city. so i wonder if you can see people running races, capture the flag all while the rest of us are just free roaming.
if so. heee heeee. i will troll some of yall from time to time. i wont even blow your car up. i'll just slow roll a van in front of one of you as yall speed down the street and hop out. watch that car crash and know someone is furious they just lost.
be glad they kept it 150 instead of 80 and acted as if no glitches exist. and were not ready to jump on issues when they popped up.

#1 that maybe their was negative press talking about they wouldnt have 16 players from launch. so they are responding to that rumor...NEVER heard that rumor myself so i doubt it.
or
#2. they already know the word is on the street about 32 onliners at once. So they are telling you RIGHT NOW..FROM LAUNCH we're going with 16..but..... ya never know if we could add more.
and dont hate cause it could be more for both systems. ya never know.
