With that many players you wouldn't be able to do shyt without dying before you get there
Could have been faction based. Ballas, Grove St, Cops.
Like a regular MMO lobby. You have certain areas of the map you start in. Can get to an instance from your territory. Or free roam over into another part of city "open world pvp"

free roam in GTA 4 was always full all the way until V dropped. even ballad of gay tony free roam had 16 people everytime i fukked around with it

Another company tried to do it with "APB reloaded" a few years ago and failed. I just think Rockstar has the name, clout and $$$ to pull it off with their franchise.
Still not sure what to buy it on, I need 4 copies. (Me and my 3 sons) we have 4 Xboxes (1 is banned) and 2 PS3's. If I can do split screen online I can run with the 2 PS3s.
But if Xbox is better, will just cop a new xbox360, and 4 copies of this and 4 copies Diablo.
