These threads are fine but I find the question of what stars from the past "wouldn't" eat in todays game more interesting.

Yeah. And a lot of New York niqqas. I forgot which rapper even mentioned it in his rhymes.

Big L?

"I'm from New York and never was a fan of the Knicks"

Only rapper I can recall making a Rod Strickland reference was Raekwon at the end of Triumph:

"Guaranteed made 'em jump like Rod Strickland".

But he wasn't dissing the Knicks.

Nick had bad shot selection. Saying he wasn’t a good shooter is just a lie though.

he did have bad shot selection. as far as him being a good shooter or not...i dunno.

he was inconsistent from all distances over his career. like, some seasons he'd be good from 3 but rough from mid-range and at the rim, other seasons he'd be pretty bad from 3 but shot really well from mid-range, other years he's finishing at the rim at a good clip, next year he wasn't. his short game (like 3-10 feet or so) was like who the fukk knows what'll happen this season...it might be great, it might be shyt. :yeshrug:

dude was weird like that. all over the place from all over the place. :mjlol:
