He was 61 and all but that mountain of coke he did throughout his life probably didn't help his heart any.

How do WWE deal with this Monday :lupe: ''Piper was the sole star of the first WrestleMania'' :patrice:

Meltzer already wrote the text for them:

Piper was one of the key figures in the growth of WWF. In particular, he helped power the success of the first WrestleMania: the most important show in company history beacuse it was such a make-or-break event.

His last moments in the public eye for me was him saying black people were too as sensitive and that we needed to get a life if we were bothered by Hogan're racism.

That's the real shytty part. .. I wanna grieve/celebrate him because once again here's this should be legendary figure that I have LOTS of positive memories of but you think on what he's saying by that and what it indicates and it just doesn't feel good at all.

We complain now about the sneaky shyt they do to our brothers and sisters modern day gimmick and push wise but it had to be HELL to be a black wrestler in the 70's/80's hell even the 90's when that mindset could be verbalized unchecked and unpunished for the most part.

Not mad nor about to call folks names because they grieve/celebrate but I just can't. And that fukking sucks as a life long wrestling fan.

How about the footage on Raw though, you know Hogan tried to get himself into every camera shot of that show :heh:
