Yes there are more physically talented corners in the league (man on man tens to be more athletic), Norman's technique and understanding on how to the play the cover 3 role is right up there with Shermans. The bar for greatness keeps getting set lower and lower. I remember watching Revis shut down Moss and limiting him to 20 something yards And he shut down AJ for like 30 something yards. No TDs. All time great receivers.

Norman gets burned twice by a second year receiver who's not even in his prime yet, and gets burned on a double move for a TD, and he's supposed to be elite
