let's be reality huhLets be reality....HOFer on the court but a horrible decision maker off it...

+ Duncan will getting paid by the Spurs in one way or another for the rest of his life. Like Dominique in Atl, Scottie in Chi, and Dirk bout to be in Dal. He good.Rodney Stuckey signed a $21M deal over 3 years.
Duncan made $21M in 2012 alone.
And he's made $33M+ the last 3 seasons.
Lets be reality....HOFer on the court but a horrible decision maker off it...
It's not like it's some type of travesty. Duncan is choosing to take a pay cut. The real issue is there being a salary cap in place. If it wasn't a cap, then Duncan wouldn't have to "sacrifice" for the sake of building a contender.
Just let the whole concept of a salary cap sink in. The shyt is dumb as hell. And I'm talking about any profession, not just the NBA.
Also, to any dumb mothafukka that comes in here and says it's to save the owners from themselves, kill yourself.
It's to save the middle class of NBA players. The NBA has the highest average salary of any sports league in the world. We get rid of the cap, and the price for the middle class/lower class of NBA player goes way way down. superstars are already making infinitely more in endorsement money, why do they need THAT much more then these other players?
Let Jarrett jack cook breh
I don't see the need to pay Lebron 25m more and the rest of the team 25m less
This sounds like some shyt straight out of the owners excuse handbook. Ask the middle class of the MLB how they are doing.
At a salary cap helping the players as opposed to hurting them. And then you have the nerve to say Lebron doesn't need to get paid 25m more than some scrub ass nikka. Do you have any idea how much revenue a player like Lebron generates for his team and the league? Not shocked same beta that let his wife get piped by her personal trainer and leave him

If Duncan was money hungry, the Spurs wouldn't have been so stacked dummy.
