Man, Ima tell you like this. First. I LOVE live music man. I love the energy the crowd gives. I love watching an artist show their soul to us on that stage. It's the most beautiful thing in music IMO, when an artist is secure enough and kind enough to show themselves to us like that. Prince showed his ass in that performance. When he paused his solo (@ 11:58), blew a kiss to the crowd, and looked like he was gonna break down...THAT'S the shyt I love. Damn near brought a tear to my eye.

Second, it kills me every time I see him go nuts on the guitar. Like, you know how good he is, but when he does it, you're like all over again. He knows it too, cause he has that strut, like "yeah, I'm a bad mufukka...what?!? I wish he would make a straight guitar driven album. It's like he teases us here and there. Just go all out for 60 minutes man. Gimme 60 minutes!

Prince was in some otherworldly-nirvana-trance-next-level shyt.
