It might. The Murdoch son's never liked Ailes or Fox programming all that much. They are probably more pro establishment and hate all the pandering to the hillbillies on Fox News. Even Rubert was reported as being embarrassed by some of the programming on Fox News.
Apparently, there is a clause in the contracts of O'Reilly, Hannity and Greta, that lets them out of their contract if Ailes leaves Fox News, but I doubt they would exercise the option....where else would they go? However, but I could see new leadership forcing Fox News to ease up on some of the more fiery rhetoric and pandering to the Hillbilly base of the Republican party....where else is the audience going to go?
I'm not holding my breath though.
