I just have one question - Do you think that he really wanted to play again or in his heart of hearts he knew that his NFL career has been over so this was more symbolic to him?, I just think that with any job if you go against "the culture of the job" and are wrongfully terminated, a person knows that they will never work for that employer again even though they settle monetarily with the company. Idk- I'm not a sports watcher so I don't know the full circumstances about the ins and out of football, I'm only looking at it from a legal point of view. Curiosity, that's all.

I do believe he still wants to play but there is so much noise around the situation from the fact that neither side trusts each other. It was never really going to happen unless an owner came out and signed him. The league might entice a team to sign him but it's ultimately up to the owners. Goodell has no power over the owners who want to make that decision all on their own.

And initially I didn't have a problem with it, but I don't think Nessa has helped this situation at all. I really do hope and pray that she wasn't the one who put this battery in his back with this shyt. Her always speaking before him and continuing to push shyt makes it seem like she's using him for the spotlight. He wasn't really prepared to deal with the aftermath and the pig socks shyt and don't vote smart dumb shyt kidna proved that to me. I don't believe that Kaep thought this situation would blow up the way it did either and was clearly in over his head. But despite that, he did put his money where his mouth was. And I'll always love and respect dude for that.

I just really hope he can be at peace with the situation, but it's over for the NFL dreams.

-Protesting on job about non-workplace conditions
-make racially charged accusations
-sign NDA to undermine accusations
-return to beg for a job
-don't showup at job interview
...how many regular folks would get shytted on by these Kaep stans for doing the same shyt he did

Obvious they're just stans/groupies of a celeb masquerading as principled activist

If you sue a company you were wrongly terminated at and get a settlement, they aren’t gonna randomly hit you up a year later for a job interview with a bunch of bullshyt pretenses. The NFL was moving in bad faith, the issue was already fading away and they brought it back to life with the workout. And successfully made Kap look bad in the process since everyone had turned on him now

lesson of the day...this is how you deal with a try hard that's dap fishing, just ask them specific questions

when you protest on your job about non-workplace conditions?
what was Kaep protesting about?
what was the basis of his accusations towards owners?

Seems to me that he still has a ton of animosity towards the NFL, rightfully so.

I'm beginning to think that him taking the settlement was a mistake. He should have just road it out and said fukk it, they weren't letting him back in then, and they sure as hell ain't opening that door now.

:yeshrug:
yup. and that whole workout fiasco was just a setup to say I told you so in order for the NFL to say they did all they could (and I'm sure Camel and Goodell had talks about this. It would have cleaned up both of their images in the eyes of a lot of nikkaz, esp for Jay).

i have a homegirl that in the past worked with the same law firm that put together their agreement. She said that they likely had a button tight agreement forcing Kaep to keep shut.

He knew what he signed when taking that money. Smh....

Not even surprised. And this really doesn't help against the naysayers who claim he really doesn't want to play. Actually shocked nothing has leaked.
