Judge choked. Should've sent a message by doing what judges normally do and follow the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, the prosecution's request, and the independent Probation Office's recommendation of 7-9 years.

Roger did nothing positive to deserve a compassionate rare departure from the guidelines apart from being buddies with Trump and being White.
