Only that Roland still isn't addressing their point. They say the want something addressing Black specific issues, and those specific to Black demographics, due to the fact that Black people have faced unique issues as well as the fact that when bills have been passed based on Black issues but inclusive of unrelated races and other demographics, these others often benefit more than the Black people whose issues said bills were actually based on.

Don't need a plan yet, let them realize the fear in NOT addressing us then they'll work with us, they'll call us out when the heat is on and deal with us on what we want when they lose elections due to lower black turnout.
