Roland Martin and Dr. Carr Put Tariq Nasheed on Notice

Whats he's wrong about? Besides, it doesn't mean Tariq is right or genuine with his intentions. One understands government, the other appeals to emotion, short sightedness and ignorance. The difference between Tariq stans and Roland is the former says c00n and the ignorant's dikks get hard, the latter explains facts about government and the former's stans get angry about what they don't understand.

I don’t worry about Tariq’s intentions. All I care about is that when he’s collected money he’s done something with it. Black people will watch Hidden Colors forever. And he’s been able to highlight a problem we’ve been having in out community with Black immigrants, which is a discussion we’ve should’ve had 30 or 40 years ago.

If Roland truly understood government he’d realize Black people as a whole are never going to truly progress that way. We’d always be at the mercy of a government that would only let us progress at the rate they allow, which is what’s been happening.

Here is what i noticed about Tariq stans. There is a morsel of truth in everything a snakes oil salesman says. But he is able to throw around phrasing so much that it burns into his fans brains. You use the same phrases and words and arguments verbatim. I dont even mimic my own dad like that.

Dr Carr is a pan African opp. He ain’t doing shyt to further the black agenda but talk word salad and hope pan Africanism pans out. He lives off democratic donations. He won’t even say where his family is from.

Huh? He says all the time he and his family is from Nashville. Has shown his 90 plus year old mother (who just died and who was from Alabama) and his brother has been on Roland's show multiple times. Both he and his brother graduated from Tennessee State University.

His mother can literally trace her ancestry back to through Jim Crow and to slavery from Alabama. This is all out in the open...hell his mothers funeral is on youtube (she died in February). You can even see her obituary online.

Can't speak on his Father (though most likely he was a black american who can trace his ancestry from slavery based on where he came from and his time in the military) , but its very slim a black women (Carrs mother) born in Alabama in 1928 isn't a descendant of black american slaves.
