Role players should get paid hourly and be forced to clock in

Im more envious of role players than I am of superstars. A damn role player can sign a 5 yr 45 million dollar deal, and not even avg double figures.

I have no beef with superstar contracts, but them damn role players should have to fill out applications and meet with human resources. Those nikkaz are truly overpaid.

Every superstar is underpaid and the proceeds pay the role player. Role players are needed for stars to look like stars against, so it evens out.
