Festivals are trash..I prefer the artists actual own tour dates ...longer sets, better production and visuals

and uzi shoulda got rockys headlining spot..but rocky is always a good show

I like 1 night condensed festivals with 10-12 artists

I would never go to a 3 day event with 50 artists

Like someone said 2014-17 were the prime years, also years I'd want to go. But this ain't one of them festivals where you can go camp out and do trippy hippy shyt, also tbh that line up is demonic as hell, it's gonna be some shyt popping off. Gonna be tons of bad chicks tho but the people at this event give me that herpes vibe for some reason..........but I'm just being paranoid, would totally do some photography work there tho

The insurance policy the promoter/venue has must be historical levels for a concert.

Got damn

when the concert start ?? 8am each day

40 rappers each day:mjlol:
Do you not know how festivals work? They likely have 7-10 stages. Some of these artist will be performing at the same time so you'll have to pick and choose who you want to see. But yeah it will likely start early like 9am.

Do these dudes get paid for this. How you pay all these folks?
Artist make their most money from festivals. And the festivals make money because they'll sell 50,000+ tickets at $300+. And $300 is the minimum regular ticket cost, special packages and VIP passes going be sold p to a few grand. Then they'll likely have vendors who will pay the festival thousands to sell food, beer, merch. They will also have sponsors. Also some of those smaller rappers might be paying to perform.

festivals are for rappers who cannot headline a tour on their own.

or rappers on some type of deal where their label forces them to do the festivals.

probably why you don't see kendrick/cole/drake on them.
That's not true. Especially because Kendrick and Cole have done plenty of festivals. The headliners get paid a ton of money but it comes with rules such as radius clauses which say you can't perform within 100 miles of the festival location for (for example) 3 months before and after the festival. If the big rapper doesn't have a tour planned it's easy money. Then the booking agent of the big star makes the festival take a bunch of his (the agent's) smaller acts as a favor in exchange for letting the festival get the big guy

I don't follow the Rolling Loud scene but anyway isn't this a re-do of the last one that got cancelled? If so, that would explain why it's the same dudes. They already paid the deposits on those guys so theyre not gonna go shopping for new headliners

i'm sure that has something to do with it.

it's not identical, but yeah they're pretty much the same.

some rappers went from day 1 to day 3 based on how their status gone up in the last year lmao.
