We need to have SERIOUS conversations about DYSFUNCTION in the culture leading to deaths of our own.

These conspiracy theories are regressive and stand in the way of actual necessary dialogues that need to be had to progress.

I really hate that people sit around and think of theories that fit their conclusion instead of relying on facts.

I REALLY hate that the masses come across these theories and adopt them without questioning them.

Biggie being alive to see the success of Life After Death alone would have really sparked the end of Bad Boy because he'd be wondering where is the fukking money. Especially with the moves Jay was about to start making at Def Jam lol. I don't know how shyt would have played out, nobody does. But Diddy wasn't just gonna let Biggie walk from their deal, which I assume was a typical 5 album contract that may have been extended after Ready To Die's success

Now I remember the scene where Biggie got a death threat on the phone which alerted him to leave.

Biggie was a documented woman beater,and imo put the hit out on Pac. So by my estimation Puffy had no reason to think Biggie couldnt perform there. Which wouldve been the case if Biggie wasnt putting hits on people.

About 20 years ago I worked with this older guy, he was actually a famous pencil sketch artist. But he had a lot of ties to rap music, he was from bed stuy and he would tell some stories about rap and the cats her knew. A lot of stuff he said eventually rappers came out and discussed some of the stuff he had told me basically confirming what he said. I can't remember any of it except the stuff about Big and Puff. He told me puff was dirtier than people know. Big was miserable and was planning on leaving bad boy, puff was jerking him left and right. When Big died, everything Biggie had was in puffs name. The only reason puff did right by Bigs kids is because he didn't want it getting out how dirty he was doing Big.
