Yeah, 20 years ago, and it had a strong backlash back then and was changed the next week to not being a heart attack. WWE, who partners with a cancer organization, is not going to run a fake cancer angle in 2018.

Nah this is the perfect time to show its bigger than wrestling. Especially given how the WWE is in regards to cancer in general.
